Alexander de Faria attended Arizona State University for his Bachelor’s Degree before earning his Master’s Degree at Thunderbird School of International Management.
Mr. DeFaria spent many years with DuPont de Nemours. Since his career start with Du Pont, Alex utilized the past 25 years as managing director, CEO, or principal of numerous entities within the field of real estate development, manufacturing and distribution, financial investments and consulting.
Currently, Mr. de Faria resided and worked in the USA as CEO/President, the principal shareholder of BW Albatross Invest America. Real Estate development experience extends from the USA to Germany, UK, and Russia. In Germany, he developed and built multifamily projects sized from 30 to 150 units. Alex also developed luxury condominiums from19th Century historical restoration buildings. He also developed 300 luxury condominium projects in Dresden, Leipzig, Wiesbaden, and Frankfurt.
